Art Therapist
Experience: 2+ years

Behavioral Support Specialist
The primary role is to develop specialized behavioral interventions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Support (PBS) to address challenging behaviors. As well as support the acquisition and maintenance of adaptive life skills, ultimately increasing the individuals' self-sufficiency.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Provide 1:1 services to individuals

Complete a Functional Behavioral Analysis (FBA) and develop an individualized Behavioral Support Plan (BSP) within 30 days.

Assist individuals with developing adaptive behaviors that replace or modify challenging behaviors that are disruptive or destructive.

Develop and promote consistent implementation of Behavioral Support Plan (BSP) and Crisis Intervention Plan (CIP).
-
Provide coaching and assistance to Direct Support Professionals to implement interventions stated in the BSP. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Music Therapist
The music therapist plans, provides, and evaluates music therapy activities with adults who have Alzheimer's and Dementia and/or Dual-Diagnosed Consumers. Provides individual and group music therapy sessions at PICS as appropriate. Adapts music therapy interventions to suit the unique needs of consumers we serve. Provides clinical supervision to music therapy students and other assigned trainees/volunteers.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from an American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) approved college and university program

Current board certification in Music Therapy (MT-BC)

Physician Assistant
Practice Administrator
​ The Practice Administrator will oversee the clinical facility's daily operations and staff. They will assist with business planning and process improvement, compliance with industry regulations, financial management, facility management, and relationship management. They will be required to work in a fast-paced setting, coordinate with staff and outside agencies, and effectively reach goals to improve the facility.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (healthcare administration preferred) and 3-5 years experience managing outpatient practice.

Participate in developing clinical budgets and creating financial reports to measure cash flow and profitability.

Effectively manage accounts payables and coordinate with insurance companies or reimbursement
-
Create plans to improve how the facility delivers healthcare services.
